Mark Banfield? Anybody know this maker?

For some reason, the name sounds familiar, but I can't quite remember why.

Anyway, I picked up a bowie made by Banfield yesterday(from a purveyor, not the maker), at the Janesville, WI knife show. Pics will follow, as soon as I get home from the show tomorrow. All I'm gonna say right now is, it's friggin awesome. So nice, that I cared not who the maker was; I bought the knife because of the style, fit and finish, etc... :thumbup:

Thanks, Grapevine. That's the guy. In fact, there's pictures of my knife in his gallery. Here's one. I couldn't get the other side to save for me, but it's listed in "Fighters".
