No clip on the sheath...a pocket or slip-sheath. The frames on both are bronze and the pins, frame, pivot, etc., are fine silver. I'm not sure what the blades are made of but the fixed-blade has a very subtle but beautiful hamon that I just could not get a decent picture of.
