Mark II

Ok im new to the quality knifes. I have been looking at the MOD/CQD/Blackhawk Mark II. Ive noticed that there has been a few different types the Mark II and the Mark II type E. Not the Auto. What are the differences and would the be a good knife for everday carry?

hi, and welcome to the forums! the mkII version has a 154cm blade. the mkII E version has an aus-8 blade and is made in taiwan. either is ok to carry as an edc. the AUTO has the 154cm blade also,in is really not different from the early versions. for the AUTO you need to check your laws for the state your in. if you are not into blade steels a mkII E might be the way to go.
