Markings on Rukus

I have a question and I'm sure someone knows the answer on here. I've been waiting for a benchmade Rukus to surface that I can afford (looking for the deal that doesn't exist most likley). In checking ebay today I noticed markings on a rukus I have never seen before. Some of the Benchmades, mainly the mini rukus versions, do not have the blackwood logo and instead have an "x" shaped logo that I cannot make out along with a patent number. Has anybody seen this before? Is this an imposter, clone, copy, or is this legit?

I have a full size Rukus with the black blade, and on one side is the Benchmade butterfly with the word "Benchmade" written thru it, and underneath in small letters it says "U.S.A." and "610".

On the other side of the blade it says "S30V", then under that it has what looks to be a "BK1", and next to that it has the patent number.

I can only assume that the "BK1" means that the blade was coated.

I cannot get enough detail with my camera.

The "BK1" looks like an "X" from a distance.

Hope this helps, and hope someone has a better camera than mine.

Yes - mine is one of the models they made just before discontinuing.

It does not have the Blackwood logo on it, only the lettering / logo I mentioned in my previous post.

Good luck with the auction - the Rukus is one of my favorite benchmades.

Benchmade stopped putting the Blackwood logo on the blades after Neil Blackwood and them parted ways.
