I have a Buck 315 Yachtsman Marlin Spike Sailors Knife. The lever to release the spike is missing. Does anyone know how I could get that piece?

It was made by Camillus to broaden your search. You will probably have to buy a donor knife.
What he said.
Camillus made those knives for Buck. Camillus went bankrupt in 2007. The currently made Camillus knives have nothing to do with the original company. So there is no manufacturing source for the part you need. You might try to find a "parts knife", a knife that has another issue which makes it unusable, and canabalize that one. I suspect it would require a significant effort to find such a knife.

That's a good idea. I think someone in my group of biker buddies might be able to make something. I don't have the tools to make something like that.

Is the lever missing or the bail that was riveted to the lever?

The bail is the U shaped piece you can also put a lanyard through
