Hi Joe and the rest of the Buck factory clan,

I just wanted to say Marry Christmas to you all and thank you. Not just thank you for making....in my opinion the best knives on the market today....but, also making a true American classic that any person would be proud to own.

There have been a few post's here with our Buck forum brothers blowing off steam....that's ok...I have been observed to do that here now and again also. I wanted to thank you Buck folks for an outstanding customer service department and the way they helped me out.

Well here is my story and what you all did for me. I have been collecting knives on and off for the last 35+ years (that's hard to admit, I'm getting old). I decided to collect only Buck knives a little over 2 years ago. This year I bought an older Duke 500 with a gold etched blade. The knife was in used condition. I sent it to the Buck factory to see if they could work a little magic. I wanted to put this knife into my display case with the rest of my collection. Joe's crew took this knife and worked it over and sent it back in like new condition. It was done as warranty work and cost me nothing. I can tell you no other knife company would do this for their customers. This knife is now sitting in a nice display case with my other Buck's. That's why I'm proud to own Buck knives and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Thank you for going above and beyond what I expected. You folks are awesome!!!!!! Marry Christmas and have a happy new year; God bless you all.

I would also like to thank Buck Knives for the nice christmas card I just received, thats a nice touch!
Keep up the great work!!!

I just received my Christmas card from Buck Knives, all the nice folks at the company store each personally signed this card. That's Buck Knives, personalized quality service, with a first rate product...but that's just been my experience, personally speaking  Oh, and a big box of Bucks just happened to get delivered by UPS...5 factory blemish knives. Now that's funny, looked all 5 over, and I can't find a blemish on any of them! That makes a Merry Christmas
