martemper/quench

I have set up to martemper carbon steel blades predominatly 52100 in molten salts about six months ago quenching at 450F.
Getting great results.
Is there any advantage to using this procedure on air hardening stainless 440C, ATS-34 etc. If so what temp do you sugjest.
Or is this a waste of shop time.
