Martin B T knife which steel?

I have looked at the Martin Knives of Texas new ofering the B T
Bushcraft Tactical . I like it a lot, But I can`t make up my mind as to what stainless steel to tell Ed Or Hank to make it out of ?
Of the choices they have what would you choose and why?
440 C , 154 CM , or S 30 V
