Thanks guys..
Philwar is right (thanks mate).
I know a lot of guys out there are affraid of loosing their knives when they ship them abroad. Ofcourse, like everything else in life, there are no guarantees, but shipping your loved ones overseas is not as riskfull as some guys seem to think. I can't speak for other European country's, but sending packages from the USA to the Netherlands, and back, is very very safe.. The trick is to keep a low profile in order to avoid creating a thief magnet.
I therefore reccomend the flat rate service of USPS. Cheap, fast and reliable.
I received and send hundreds and hundreds of packages worldwide, most of them to and from the USA, and never had one get lost on me.
(knock knock, coz absolutely nobody will or can guarantee your knife will ever arrive at it's intended destination).
Packages that dissapear are usually the packages that have 300 dollar insurances, and contain "camping tools".. Those are the thiefmagnets.
Anyway..
My personal reply to syntax and sheet will be much more specific, but I'd just like to say to everybody reading this that shipping knives abroad is nothing to be very much affraid of.
Cheers,
Martin
