Masano knife

Hi,

First time at this forums, I've just bought a masano damascus knife, paid aboutt 320 Singapore dollars for it...it has a short blade with a flat end. Just about to take up this hobby. Thought I saw it at the internet for about 100 Sing dollar...Is it a popular brand? I like their crude designs. Thanks for your feedback.

You just have to judge the work since no one knows the man.

That is true even when it is a big big name. Look at the work and make your own judgement
 
hey eekeoklye welcome to the forum. so much cutlery in the world doe'nt get to the usa that many of us are ignorant of the product. try cutting with it for a while & see how edge holds up. if cutting wood you should'nt get small edge chips if you are using knife correctly. anyway please commit comments regularly to give members an idea of new products. thanks for posting.
