Just got a Maserin (made in Italy) knife I won on eBay its seems pretty high quality I have the mode; 260.N model
Symbol line, 260N.

Blade size: Handle Material:
2-5/8" Grooved 6061-T6 Anodized Aluminum
Blade steel: Handle Color:
Quality 440 stainless steel with a Bead Blast SATIN finsih Black
Blade style: Locking Type:
Modified Drop Point Liner lock

Carry System: Length Closed:
Removable belt/pocket stainless steel clip 4-1/4"

Special Features:
RAZOR sharp - it won't just cut the hair off you arm, it will pop the hair off your arm - that's SHARP - right from the factory (I can't stand getting a new knife and having to sharpen it). WELL made knife from Italy - check out other major brands who carry Maserin knives, like Gerber, they are not cheap knives. FANTASTIC knife here for a SUPER CLOSEOUT price - not many left at this price.

anybody see one of these yet? Any opinions on its quality heck I'm only out $10 bucks on this and I think its worth 5 times this by its solid construction!

i have a maserin spirit damascus frame lock-what a sweet little piece-

i wont hesitate to buy another, matter of fact i tried to find one type but its only available in europe :(

I have been to several websites that carry these and I'm pretty excited on some of the models available really look like quality pieces and unique designs!

Do you know what type of 440 stainless is used for the blade?
The specs only say "440" so I really can't elaborate but the rest of the knife is really nice solid SS liner lock a grind almost the same as a Spyderco Native, anodized aluminum scales w/polished edges, ergonomic design fits well in your hands etc.
