Does anyone know if the following information is correct?
Best Western Grand Venice Hotel 431 Dual Highway Hagerstown, MD 21740 12:00-6:00 Friday and Saturday 8:00-4:00.

I am also trying to get some contact info on the Mason Dixon Knife Club which I think meets in Hagerstown, MD

Thanks

All info correct ! However there has been a date change due to the venue being double booked. Correct dates are April 29 & 30, instead of those published in BLADE & other publications.

Contact William C. Crilley - Email: crill9@hotmail.com
Meets 2nd Sunday each month @ 11 - 2PM
Kiwanis Club building in Stateline, MD right off Interstate 81
at the Md-Penna line.

Thanks very much. Are you a club member? Planning to attend? I'm looking forward to this.

Yes & Yes

It is a small, very friendly show ~ you will enjoy it; particularly if you like the "old school" slip joint knives - There is plenty of variety there also.

Great little show, worth heading out to Hagerstown for (2 hour drive for me). Stop at Black Hog BBQ in Frederick and a certain knife shop, depending on where you're coming from. I'm getting the front end suspension done on my truck next week, and a new set of tires, hoping to get out there Saturday just to look because I will be flat busted.

Can't give up on BBQ and a knife show though!

That sounds great. I'm not a member yet but would like to be one. Would really enjoy going to meetings. Although I have been a knife guy since I was a kid I would to see how others do things as basic as sharpening, hand polishing etc. I live in Thurmont MD which I think is about an hour away. Big fan of slipjoints, traditional lockbacks, and modern blades too.

Trip down 15 to 70 shouldn't be too bad. Hour seems about right. Theoldawg, looking forward to seeing you there.

As far as I know it is.

Just be aware of the date change to April 29 & 30: Instead of the original posted date of April 22 & 23.

Queen has the Daniels family attending the show April 29th and 30th, and the club put out the date change a couple weeks ago on Facebook. Just hoping they kept their dealers etc. I know a lot of these guys come from as far away as Vermont and the Carolinas.

I'm getting my truck back this weekend, putting a new set of tires on it, and will most likely be just kicking the tires at this show, but I will see you there man.

Do you have to be a member? All traditional knives? Any certain dealers? It's 4 hours for me but I'm interested. BTW hello to those who know me. Been awhile but I'm still kicking.

You don't have to be a member ~ just have 4 bucks to get through the door ~ Everyone with an interest is welcome.

A good variety of knives ~ but, definitely heavy on traditional slip joints

Good day at the show.

Was surprised to see that Bud Nealy has a table there - First time I believe.
He has a great selection of his knives ~ friendly guy.

Usual group of vendors, with a few new faces,
