Masonic slipjoints?

The mention in another thread of Washington's penknife held by Alexandria-Washington #22 brought something to mind. I've many pocketknives, for many uses, but only one bearing the Masonic Square and Compasses. It's a small senator, a simple Colonial with aluminum shell scales stamped.

Aside from Case's trapper with the S&C (and they made a stockman- my father has one), are there any other good Masonic folders out there?

It looks like Case made/makes Masonic knives, sold here . I would ignore the Frost Cutlery blades also listed.

I see a few more here .

New Graham has them as well. Didn't see any other makers I knew using Google.

here's one of mine. I was told that it was a pine knot made by colonial in the 80's. Gift from grandfather & brother mason.

I have a couple of Case trappers, both were received as gifts.

I haven't found much interest in high end pieces among Lodge brothers.

I would love to see some custom Masonic or Shriner slipjoints or even some fraternal damascus created.

Our Grandmaster sells some knives, but I think they are Frost slipjoints and basically sold for a fundraiser. I will check it out at Grand Lodge next month.

I would like to find a source for a custom Shriner slipjoint for a Potentate's gift. We normally spend 2 - 3 hundred.

There are cheap Frosts if your on a budget.

Victorinox has also made some Masonic SAK's . I have seen a classic before (red scales, printed emblem). There is also what appears to be a Vic Camper, with blue scales and Masonic emblem. I will email you info on where to find that one, since board rules prohibit my posting it's URL.

Henckles used to make a production Shriners knife.
