I tweaked the brown sugar and bourban marinade and added two bottles of the mini Jack, more brown sugar, two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and mixed it and let it sit in a jar overnight to let the flavors blend

The next day I put the steak and marinade in a ziplock for 1 1/2 hours

I then make a rack out of wood dowels and a pie tin and out it in the broiler of my oven

While it was in the oven I got some Budweiser steak sauce and added another mini bottle of Jack to it and cooked it in a sauce pan to cook off the alcohol

Yeah, but...
What's wrong with the taste of non-marinaded ribeye?

Havin' some tonight, myself. Salad on the side.

This looks delicious... although I agree with:

Ribeye is my favorite cut of meat... a splash of Worcestershire sauce, some sea salt and ground pepper is all I need... along with a few minutes on a fire as hot as the sun to get a good char and leave the inside medium rare.... now I'm drooling....

Thanks, my mouth is now watering... Can you guess what I don't have in the fridge? You suck. (J/K looks delicious! :))
