Wow, I didn't realize that there were so many cheap rip-offs of top quality knives. I mean I knew that there were some out there, but that Knifezilla site is just full of them.
Sorry, I have no idea whether these knives even decently made. I also have no intention of finding out. If you can only afford to get an inexpensive knife please take a look at CRKT. This company has very good knives that start at a price level similar to that Cobra AT.
Those Master and Jaguar knives may be better than no knife at all (the key words here are may be), but do yourself a favor and check out the knives of a quality manufacturer before you make any decisions.
