Over the years I've had a dozen or more two knife matched sets, and once even put together a set of all the models available with leather handles, but this is the first time I've done a five knife matched set...

A few quick pics - #25-5, #25-6, #26, #27, and #12-9 '14 grind' with a #25 handle.

All have stainless steel blades, nickel-silver hilts, Model #25 handles, rounded nickel-silver end caps, lanyards, and brown leather sheaths...

The #12-9 'Sportsman's Bowie' is also available with a #25 handle, but not a stainless steel blade (I have one of those on order as well) - so, other than that and the original miniature Model #25, these are all the models that you can currently get a #25 handle on.

How about you guys, have you got any matches sets you'd care to share?

Very nice, I have a set of all five big Bowies planned to be all with the same options.

I hope I live long enough to get them all. :chargrined:

Ordered a 1-8 and 2-8 brass but caps black micarta handles both with commando handles. Last minute changed 1-8 to standard handle shape , wasn't sure i would like the commando handle on it. Both knives received about 8 months apart. Still a matched set ?

Um, prolly not. Here's a matched set I probably shouldn't have sold...

I'm betting that the buyer is sure happy that you sold it. Wow, nice set!

Here is one of my matched sets: #2-8" and Tom Clinton Special with the same options:

And, one of my Rick Bowles Specials (#264) with its matching Don Hedrick mini:

Ken, on the Clinton and 2-8, is that NS or Sterling silver?
Beautiful sets by the way.

Ken, yeah baby, that's the way you do it! Years ago, I bought some micro-mini RMK style knives from Don (think: hat pin size)...I later gave them to Tom and Gwen Guinn for inclusion in their world class miniature knife collection...
