Material for Really White Handle?

For a dagger I'm working on I want a solid bright white handle material. I haven't found paper white micarta which should do OK. The ivory micarta I've seen isn't white enough, and linen white micarta I have found oughta show the linen lines, and I want a solid, pure white.
Any suggestions?

On a side note, if you're just starting out, like me, don't try to make a dagger just yet. It's tough, tough enough that I started four other knives in the meantime just to give myself a break. Someday I'll finish the coveted first knife.

Holly wood is very very white, dense, and should make a beautiful, warm handle material.

Just noticed where you live. You can probably get Holly at Craftwoods in Timonium MD. Another source is Wood World in Rockville, MD

You may want to e-mail thknives. He demonstrated the use of something that looked like colgate toothpaste at a symposium up here (bring your own dog sled, eh). He uses it for bleaching antler, etc.
