Hi Guys,
Hope everyone is doing well. I'm back after a long hiatus (first child now 17mo, working retail, getting licensing for other work, and everything else).
I want to have some razor rolls made (maybe knife rolls too eventually) and I'm having some trouble figuring out what to line them with. I would really appreciate some input. If I'm going to pay to have them made I would like to use the best material for the job.
SILVER CLOTH - know of two people that use this, but I can't find anything that says silver cloth prevents carbon steel from rusting.
FLANNEL - Used this for one, but I don't know if it could have anything in it (such as chemicals from the dyeing process) that might accelerate rust.
SILICONE CLOTH - This seems like a good option, but I don't know where it can be bought by the yard.
VCI Paper/Film - Thinking of ordering some vci paper/film/tabs to drop in the pockets. It could be replaced and would actually produce a vapor to coat the metal.
Thanks guys
