Matriarch 2 handle on Matriarch sprint?

I have a brown FRN handled Matriatch, but prefer the heavier-duty handles on the current matriarch 2. Can these be swapped out without issue?

No.The sprint is pinned construction and the 2 screwed together.Even if you were able to disassemble both without issue the pivot holes in the blade may no line up not to mention the lock.

Buy a gold membership, sell the brown one if in good shape and fund the new version. The older ones go for more.

There was a time I'd have said "No way!", but since the brown Sprint Matriarch has a screw pivot, and someone recently swapped the blade from a Salt I into a Delica 4 and seems satisfied with the result. I'll just say there's no guarantee it will work, but it might.

You should be able to swap the blades as they Both have a screw pivot. But you might run into fit/lock up problems.
