Matriarch 2 Markings ?

A friend of mine has a Matriarch 2, but the handles are molded "ENDURA 4". Is this a copy? A prototype? A first production run?

The Matriarch uses the Endura handles but should have Matriarch stamped into the handle. Might of just been a production mistake.

That was my thoughts. Cause mine has, Matriarch 2, stamped into it.


What color is the handle that's on it?

I don't know where he got it, but I'll ask. The handle is black. The blade has the Emerson wave, which I forgot to mention.

Next time I see him, I'll look inside the handle to see if it has the cut-out for the tip of the blade.

Yeah, either a blade swap or a goof up. My Lil' Matriarch says Lil Matriarch and not Delica4.

IIRC the very early matriarchs had endura handles, but it would not have an Emerson Wave and it would have a barrel clip.
