Here is a classic slicer from Matt Lamey. I can’t even begin to tell you how well this blade fits in the hand but it is extremely well balanced and sharp as a razor. 4” blade and over all 8 1/2” with micarta handles. Fitted with a leather fob and Damascus bead. Pants are a Rowe’s custom leather sheath out of Hope, Arkansas.

Matt used to sell his wares around here but haven't seen him in quite some time posting. That looks like a nice knife, Congrats. I always admired his bowie knives and wouldn't mind owning one.
 
Pretty cool and here I thought I had the only one and now come me to find out he has a brother 👍🏻
I wonder how many Matt made of this design?

That's a beaut! You can see that handle is made by someone who actually uses knives. Long-time fan of Matt's work...
