Maureen just helped me out some with some things and I thought maybe we should all send her a nice card. Does anyone concur?
 
Maureen is a great Lady trying hard to excell in an impossible enviroment!

I think she deserves alot, but a nice card would be a good start.
 
Maureen has helped me out on a couple of problems in the past and has went the extra mile to correct them for me. Thanks Maureen !!!:thumbup:

From what i have heard of late, i would think that Maureen should get an award for her excellent customer service!

Seems to me, too many complain about the way in which they get customer service from people like Maureen. IN ORDER TO GAIN/EARN RESPECT IS TO GIVE RESPECT.

Open your eyes and see if you are treated with respect the next time you deal with anyone or watch how others treat the server/cashier/etc when you go to check out/in - customer service personnel remember your past behavior with them and if you are none to pleasant:grumpy: when dealing with people who are there to serve you than you should think as to why service personnel in any field have a hard time trying to be nice to someone who show little or no respect.
 
Thank you everyone for such nice compliments but I am not the only person at Camillus Cutlery that deals and trys to give 100% satisfaction to our customers. I would like to share all of the praise from all you with Robin (our Receptionist) and Elaine (sales dept.) They deal with customers such as yourselves on a daily basis just as much as I do. They deserve just as much recognition.
P.S. Tom (CRKS) your the best! Phil........I miss ya and your one of a kind way of putting/saying things. I hope you and the family are doing well.
