From what i have heard of late, i would think that Maureen should get an award for her excellent customer service!
Seems to me, too many complain about the way in which they get customer service from people like Maureen. IN ORDER TO GAIN/EARN RESPECT IS TO GIVE RESPECT.
Open your eyes and see if you are treated with respect the next time you deal with anyone or watch how others treat the server/cashier/etc when you go to check out/in - customer service personnel remember your past behavior with them and if you are none to pleasant:grumpy: when dealing with people who are there to serve you than you should think as to why service personnel in any field have a hard time trying to be nice to someone who show little or no respect.
