Since the G-10 models are a ways away. I was turned onto the Gunhammer flippers watching a YouTube video. Noted that it flipped amazingly smooth. Thoughts? Opinions? Other comparisons? Thanks guys.
 
What I have always liked, is the feel of how they flip. The are incredibly smooth and require minimal effort to open. But, they don't feel like the blade isn't there, like some other knives. It is almost a hydraulic quality. Only way I can describe it.
 
Yep, it's a great mechanism. I've got a few customs on order with Darrel, and all will be unassisted opening with Maxx Glide bearings.
