Thanks to 2 Wolves, I got my Falcon II, a GSI cup holder, and a Max 12X5 bottle holder.
I love it so far and is everything I was hoping it would be.
Big thanks to johnspark and rskoon and everyone else for patiently answering my questions.
Heres how I loaded it. Please give me feed back on what I am missing or should delete.

Main pouch is mostly empty. Only have this in it:
Inside the BK-9 handle is a small fishing kit and some wire.

Nice, a few suggestions however.... take a zip tie and tie it around the top part of the lighter to prevent the plunger from being depressed and losing all your fuel. If you do it right (with the connection point being towards the flame adjustment) you can remove it, use it, then reattach it. Maybe I will break out my bag and do a similar thread this weekend.

I also like the vasoline impregnated cotton balls.... my favorite fire starting media.... and then the replacement band for a wrist rocket. Nothing a "Y" branch will not fix right up (add some small zip ties to secure it since knots on a these SUCK!) I have some rubber tubing that I can use for a slingshot with the use of a little duct tape or as a parts of the solar sill.

A few other suggestions..... food source. A few clif bars go along way, last decent in hot and cold weather. Add some 550 cord. Get a real compass, even a brunton can be picked up for @ $15-25, and a map of your AO. Add water purification tablets. Ditch the pen and add 2 pencils you can pick up from your local golf course (or cut up 1 into 2 shorter... fits almost anywhere and can be sharpened with a knife). Speaking of knifes.... its a little knife heavy IMHO.

As funding allows add a few of the things above and upgrade a few of the others. Say the SS Guyot Designs 38oz Nalgene since it can double as a container for the stove to purify water, or cook up some tea or critters.

My kits main weakness is the firstaid kit. Been adding to it slowly but I keep forgetting this or that when I put out a order on line for something.

Nice set up... Looks good! Glad you like it.

Knife heavy? I didnt know there was such a thing... maybe that is why my packs are always a little weighty. :)

Thanks for your suggestions. I really like your suggestion to zip tie my lighters. Seen it done, but havent done it. I'll add some duct tape too and although I do have about 50 ft of 550 in my pack, its a good idea to prob add 50 more.
On the compass, I have a GI compass on the outside of my pack. I have used it and feel pretty comfortable using it. I love how the tritium lights up at night. Is there any reason that you dont like them?
Also, I have pencil with my journal. Pen is just redundant. In fact, looking at my set-up, I seem to have a lot of redundant items that I am going to take a second look at.
My next order to 2 wolves is going to be another 12X5 or 10X4 and a SS naglene to even out the pack.

No sweat, just seen the compass pouch, didnt know what was in it. As for the 550, again didnt see it above after looking again see it next to the IFAK, my bad. Still a nice kit.

Looks good bud! Great little bags aren't they!

I realize you might be just using this for an EDC or day hiking bag, but here is what I see if you wanna load her up and get in the woods.

You're going to have to load it right with that single bottle holder. She'll lean on ya if you don't. I had a bladder in mine, but it rode funny when full, and ended up with a leak after I took a roll down a muddy hill. After that, I dx'd the bladder and got the two 10x holders.

I see you've got some extra socks, that's good. I rolled up a full change of clothes in a trash bag and it formed a cylinder about the size of my 10x water bottle holder. I don't have to use it in the summer, but it's a must in winter, as staying dry is very important.

The rest of the load looks good. I might suggest moving the compass to the shoulder strap for ease of access on the go. I don't see your purification tabs, but I'm sure you have them. You might try adding some single serving powdered drink mixes for flavor and energy, or some individual tea bags. Little comforts like these can keep moral and interest up during tough outings. All of this can be held in an electrical tape case set in the bottom or top of the bottle holder. You should have room for a couple at least in that 12X holder.

All of this is purely based on what works for my methods. I'm constantly evaluating and changing my set up based on what works for me and what is redundant or unnecessary. I'm usually a minimalist, but sometimes I get fired up and go for extra stuff, then just revert back after finding the weight gain is more of a pain than I like.

Here are some pics of the contents.

This is the last ditch kit. If I can't grab anything else, I grab this and my knife is always on my belt. Thanks to Dave Canterbury at wildernessoutfittersarchery.com.

Here's dinner and an emergency ration of rice. (which I need to re-fill) The packets in the rice are soy sauce and duck sauce with some chicken bouillon cubes.

The drill bit case is an emergency fishing kit.

Map case, shelter setup, and poncho with ground cover.

The set up. The rolys are for stuff I find along the way. Wild edibles, cool rocks, tinder, etc.

Enjoy and take lots of Pics!

Milani, I have a question.

Would the BK9 w/ sheath fit inside the water bottle holder with a bottle in there too?

Thanks for posting, guys, I picked-up a few ideas and see some deficiencies in my pack now. Darn, I'll just HAVE to head off to Campmor....

No. Unless I get a kydex sheath made then it might.

Thanks Wintermute: I have a 50 oz Camelback bladder in there. I might take it out though and just go with another SS Bottle.

Thanks TTD,
I have puri tabs in the pill holder but no steri pen. I figure I can use my bandana.

Johnspark,
Thats a cool setup. I will get a few of those rolly's when I order the second bottle holder. I just cant decide which size I want. Also, are those the medium rollys?
Also that last ditch kit is pretty sharp. i might add some things from it. Thanks for sharing.

They are medium rolys. I'd have gotten the little ones if they'd been available when I made the purchase. Little rolys work great for the nalgene bottles and such.
