It is time to replace the worn out original sheath that came with my Charge Ti. Does anyone know how well the Charge fits in the Maxpedition 4" tube flashlight sheath? Pics would great! Is there enough room to also hold the spare bits? Any comparable sheath options worth considering that are easy and comfortable to wear on a belt (not looking for a MOLLE sheath)?

Looks like the Maxpedition Single Sheath that I have for my Charge TTi:

The spare bit holder is slid in behind the Charge while in the sheath.

I like the look of that sheath too, but how comfortable is it to wear on a belt? It looks like the horizontal attachment loops might rub against the waist above the belt.

I use the single sheath for my Vic swisstool, so I can easily swap it from belt to bag and back. I don't find the keeper straps rub much, it does happen if the sheath gets to an odd spot though.
I also have a flashlight sheath, I think mine is the 5inch. I just tried it, and my swisstool does fit. it seems like it might want to turn 90* to the belt (if that makes sense) But I don't think it would be much of a problem. My SOG powerlock also fits, a bit tighter. The only thing is, the tool is fully enclosed in the sheath, so it takes some fiddling to get out (squeezing the bottom seemed to push it up reasonably well though) the 4inch should solve that problem a bit for you. But there would be no room for the tool kit.
I think the flashlight sheath has a better belt carry, but the molle sucks. So if you primarily belt carry, and don't feel like removing it (or don't mind undoing your belt) then I think the flashlight sheath would work better. Testing in-store would be the best though.

I recently order a Maxped Single sheath for my SuperTool 300. I find it works quite well. Secure hold and nice options for horiz or vert carry. It does ride a little higher on the belt than I am used to though. It doesn't bother me but if I had a few more pounds around my midsection I could see how it might get a little uncomfortable to some. Great sheath though and I say it's worth the try. Come to think of it, the Charge TTi is gonna be a bit shorter than the ST300 so it would probably not ride quite as high up.
