just got a maxpediton gearslinger and man it is a sweet pack for survival goodies. It holds my survival tin my esee6 the izula my fast pack first aid kit, 1 nalgene, my steripen, and of course and 22 buckmark. pics will follow thought I would let you all know its just not a man purse :)

Can't wait to see it! The gearslingers are great bags. I have a Sitka, and a kodiak. Which one did you get? and No it is not a "Murse", especially if it is tactical black;)

I have a full rig built around a Malaga. May get a Sitka, too.

We're going to need to see some pictures of that rig just to verify that it is indeed as cool as it sounds. :)

Nice set up 42, I have a black kodiak that is set up as a survival bag, maxpedition makes some cool stuff. I also used to carry my rc-3 on my shoulder strap, but Now Im trying to fit a rc-4 with the molle back on there. Right now its on the side of the pack.

Sweet pack, it's bigger than I thought it was. I've been thinking real hard about the monsoon gearslinger. Might be a good pack to use on the moto. BD

I've got one and its a great bag imho, but I didn't like the waist belt so I modded it to how the Sitka and Kodiak are. Only problem I have with it.

I carry a Monsoon. The Junglas fits in the hydration pocket in the back!

Been using it a few months now, no complaints yet. Works as a "daddy bag" for our 7 month old as it does a "go bag" for adventuring.

I use the Kodiak Gearslinger. It has tons of options and pockets. They hold any combination of ESEE knives easily. I went backpacking last weekend and used a full size Gregory pack and I hated not having all those Mexpedition pockets and attachment points my Kodiak has. So I put the ESEE 6 in the side pocket and the H.E.S.T in my pants pocket. It worked but it was not as handy.

I have a Maxpedition Remora for my EDC...man purse or as my wife calls it, the MP bag. I also have a Maxpedition Falcon II for hiking and my BOB. Good Bags.

Nice setup!

Which accessory pouches do you have attached in the photos?

Water bottle holder, small TacTile, Rollypoly, and a single tube sheath. I plan on adding an M2 Waistpack to it for carrying my camera. :)

Nice set up guys.

Am I the only one still surprised when it turns out that there's actually a real person typing these things? I thought you were a fox eagle badger thing man.

Me? That's a logo from the Condor Tool & Knife website. If you hang around me too much you'll quickly find out I'm a huge fan of theirs. :p
