Maxpedition Jumbo, or Proteus Versipack?

As the title suggests. I'm looking to get a new BOB. I have read reviews, as well as watched them on YouTube. I like the Jumbo, but it seems to me it would get in the way during arm swing. I mean, as your arm swings while walking. But I like the idea that I can wear it with my ALICE pack on as well. The Proteus wouldn't get in the way of arm swing, as it's a butt pack, but when my sleeping bag is attached to the bottom of my ALICE pack, I don't know if that would bother me or not. Any opinions?

I just got my Jumbo the other day and find it the most comfortable of my over the shoulder bags. Swinging arms have not been an issue.....

Thanks for the info, much appreciated. Do you wear the pack directly on your side, or on the side, but more toward the rear?

I had it with me today and pretty much keep it towards the back......it's so easy just to pull it around when I need to access something.

That's how I would want to use it as well. Sometimes I think I would like to take it with me, alongside my long stay BOB ALICE pack. Then it would have to be to my side. I always kinda thought if I had both, but had to ditch the heavier ALICE pack, at least I would have my other bag.
