Maxpedition padded knife case

I'm looking for the Maxpedition padded zipper knife cases like the ones that come with the Marfione custom knives. I've looked around and they are no longer available at the usual vendors and the Maxpedition site no longer list them.

Does anyone know where they may still be available or another brand like them?

They are very hard to find. I have 2 of the large Razorshells that are awesome for large fixed blades.
