Does anyone own one of these, I'm looking for a small backpack with no waist belt and I want side pockets to hold at least one 32oz water bottle. I know the Pygmy Falcon has shoulder straps w/ a sternum belt but no waistbelt, so it fit that part. It also has two side net pouches with cinch cord can be used to carry water bottles, but will a Nalgene 32oz water bottle fit? Does anyone have this pack or any experience with these products?

Thanks - Ron

I have one and yes it fits nalgene bottles. Its a good pack. You should get one.

Myakka:

Are you sure you want to forsake a waist belt? How much weight do you plan to haul and for how long? What's the purpose of the pack for you? I don't want to carry more than 20 lbs for any time or distance without a belt.

Bear,

I carry very little weight, my complete gear with water is less than 20lbs, and is usually more in the 15lbs range.

Then "good on you!" Let me know how the pack works out for you.

I have a tough time getting under 25 pounds with 3L of water, but them I'm old and need soft things around me.
