Maxpedition - zippers noisy?

I have a Maxpedition Fatboy and find that the zippers pulls are really noisy/clanky as they bounce around against the other metal parts.

Anyone else find this to be the case? Any possible homegrown remedies?

I chopped them all off and replaced them with paracord and tritium vials. Far less clanky.

i thought maxpedition came with paracord zipper pulls

The fatboy has pullers on the side pockets and flap pocket that are the original YKK metal tabs, the Falcon pack and the Proteus have paracord tabs. It's a DIY job for Fatboy owners unfortunately.
