So, while perusing my local Army/Navy store I came across this wallet type thing. I didn't know what it was at the time, but I knew I have been looking for something similar for a while.

This fits my needs Perfectly. It has 5 pockets, and most have a vinyl type of liner so it won't dirty up as easily or fish hooks or other sharps won't get stuck in the fabric as easily.
Contents so far, adding more tomorrow. Lighter is water resistant o-ring sealed butane, diafold fits fine in main pocket, as does a spyderco endura 4, it is tight but both can fit with a mag bar and you will have a little space left for a tinder kit or bank line/braided fishing line.

My belt runs in between the velcro and the sheath.
This was my initial setup for carrying my bk24 on my belt. The paracord tied like this allows for scout left or right, vertical up or down carry. This also allows me to carry 6' of cordage out of the way. To start it was a bowline with the loop fed through an eye then the line ran over the far side then back through the loop.
If you want a walk through, let me know and I will make a thread for that. For now, back on topic...

Rear, behind the sheath under the velcro, there is a pocket.

Main pocket

Front two pockets, worthy of note, the larger front pocket has elastic side straps to hold larger objects but they do not extend all the way to the bottom of the pocket so there are small gaps on both sides.

vinyl liner and small example of the gaps under the elastic bands.
Seeing as I have just received this, I can't comment on how durable it is. It does have a rather high quality Feel to it, but we will see how the stitching holds up... Though I will likely be removing the divider in the main compartment.
This will fit via the Velcro belt area around the bk4/9 sheath size with no issues. The bk15,16,17s will also, but can be tight due to the shorter nature of the sheaths.
If anyone has any questions, or wants to see something in particular or closer up, let me know.
