A guy I know has a knife made by the Maxwell Arms Co. Have you heard of them before?

I got a knife kit when I was 10-12yrs(can't remember) and I'm 45 now as a b-day present.It was stamped Markwell Arms on the blade/sheath.It is a upswept skinner with wood scales.I still have the knife.I would be interested in any info myself.
