Maxx question

Any pics of any of the 5" Maxx's closed? Also, the flipper sticks out pretty far -- will it grab the pocket and open the knife automatically ala Emerson's wave?

Hi Joe,

Don't have a photo, but I know there are some on the forum. As to waving, it won't in the factory tip-down configuration. If carried tip-up it waves solidly, but at risk to the operator. See this thread:

Thanks Argyll, that was helpful! I do have to agree with Will that carrying any liner lock or framelock tip-up can be risky business, and since the Maxx's blade has so much mass to it, I can see why he'd be especially concerned.
