Doug, That's light colored wood for Macassar Ebony. However, I've seen some that was light. Yet, I've not seen a standard 4dot 110 mirror polished. So, that leads me to believe the wood may not be Macassar.
Buck Custom shop was starting up at about that time and 'the shop' was known for merely taking a knife off the production line and dressing it up. So, maybe it's from those guys. Carefully, examine the blade well and all areas for initials. This would tell us something. Its a handsome 110 for sure. DM

I agree, looks laminated. Are the bolsters more rounded than typical for that period or is it just me?
