As I mentioned earlier, Gelbu journeyed to Calcutta looking for some decent horn for handles. He found some pretty good ones and bought 400 KG worth -- 880 pounds of horn? That is a lot of handles.

The kamis are setting up a curing process of their own at BirGorkha and will cure this horn even if it is already cured. They will keep a good stock of cured horn in house ready to go from now on and I believe we have seen the last of the cracked handles.

We attack any and all problems with great determination and so far we have beaten every one. I think we will beat this one, too. It is time.

Uncle, a question: to cure the horn, couldn't you send a whole bunch of pennicillin?

Depends on what it's caught, of course...

March Madness has set in.

One day down, thirty excruciatingly looooong days to endure.

And then, to cap it all off, April fools day.

I'm going to bed. Don't wake me up 'til April 2nd... make that April 3rd just to be safe.
