Mayo better than the other?

I see there are several similar Mayo's... are they all of the same quality? Or should I just get the 172 TNT? I believe that is the one most sought after? Any help for a Buck Noob would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you are talking about the models offered by Buck, the 172 TNT and the Waimea (I can't recall the model number) are heads and shoulders above their other Mayo designs. The TNT makes a good EDC, and the Waimea would be a good one for dress carry (it is pretty small).

Of course, you could always look for a real Tom Mayo custom. I have never handled one, but they come highly recommended. And their price is a lot higher than the Buck versions, too.
