Ok Ok Now that I got you to look at the thread please share your thoughts on this knife. Right now I am hooked on the small sebenza I bought about 3 weeks ago - all the rest of the EDC's are gathering dust.

NYC knife show coming up and I am hoping Mr. Mayo shows with a medium TNT recurve in his bag for me. I' been saving and just wanted to hear that I am doing the right thing (after all y'all turned me onto the sebenza - and that was very right). Plus I'm guessing I oughta show up hours early to rush right into the show at opening time.

Thanks,
PJG

Well if your love you Sebbie PJG, i believe you will also love Tom's TNT, heck it has a cult following like the Sebenza for good reason IMO and Tom carries a Sebenza himself and loves them! hehe They both have Ti handles and frame locks, both have killer blades but Tom will make whatever blade style you like (more choices on blade steels) and make a special handle just for you with holes to boot if you want, i have a TNT due anytime now, it's a small one with a Hawksbill blade with a extra curve to it and a one of a kind handle with holes, can't wait to get it.

Cheers!
James

PJG,
Mayo doesnt attend the NY show so getting there early wont help.
Your only chance is if one of the dealers,Les Robertson,Bladeart,Farina, etc. have one for sale.

Show up early anyway, there's usually 5-10 forum members hanging around.

TNTs are very light (that does not mean they're not sturdy!) and beautifully made. I wish I had the $$$ for one! If you have the opportunity to get one, don't miss it.

Actually. . .there's no fuss.

OK. . .I lied.

Here's the "fuss"; "They're just one of the best made framelock knives around !

But, getting one is a different story (for most). Let me put it to you this way. . .the chances of you being struck by lightning is greater ! :( ;)
