How do you like it? I have a large Classic. It's my one and only folder and I carry it daily in addition to a fixed blade (Busse SHBA). Thw question is, in addition to drilling a bunch of holes in the frame, what else is done to a Mayonized Sebbie? I love the Sebbie, I'm just wondering if the ~$85 upgrade makes it that much better? I'd really like to hear from before and after owners. Like, how do you improve on something close to perfection? Thanks.

Tom smoothes out the action a bit more, redoes the thumbstud, recoats the handles with something a little more scratch resistant, flame colors the handles, and puts the holes in.

I like what he has done to some of these posted!

I just had my Large Sebenza with a BG-42 polished blade, returned to me from CRK shop. I had them do everything to it to make it look like the day I bought it...new everything :D

Now I think that I'll part with it again to have the MAYO treatment.

Slicker & lighter plus being kinda unique?!!! Oh yeah it's a done deal!:D

Anyone know what the weight lose is after he does his majic?

------Just curious if it will really make "that" much of a difference or not.

Does anyone know what the turn around time is?

THANKS AGAIN!

THANKS AGAIN!

Tom's email indicated a one to two week turnaround from the date of receipt.

Definately worth it. IMO the best thing to do is snag a used on off the forsale forum saving quite a bit of money, use that saved money and send it to Tom.

I do it. (Cheech and Chong voice for those old enough to remember) Just sold a case of 7.62 to a buddy, so now I know what the money (or part of it) will be used for. An E/M is on the way to Mr. Mayo. Thanks for all the replys.
