I was in need of a new bezel for a Traser model S3000 watch, and almost ordered one of the Luminox bezels for $25 as a replacement. Due to a problem with the on-line ordering system though, the order could not be placed.
In the meantime, I emailed microtec to ask if they sold replacement bezels specifically for the Traser, and they replied asking for my address so they could get a replacement bezel sent out to me at NO CHARGE
Now that's what I call customer service....
