McKinnon or Blanchard Catalogue

Has anyone ever come across a McKinnon or Blanchard axe catalogue? I just acquired my second McKinnon in addition to a Blanchard and they all have such distinct top down profiles. I’m wondering if there were subtypes of rockaways; some more wedge shaped and others more tapered.
 
I've never seen a catalogue turn up for them. However, McKinnon Rockaway axes are really very diverse in their styling. I don't believe that they had especially stringent guidelines for the axes they made and may have altered their production depending on the requests of their clients.
 
It was a family enterprise and the pattern changed a lot over time, as well, just depending on who was making 'em. The actual McKinnons are surprisingly inconsistent.
