Hey Ray,Hey Don,Pinemoon - sitting around on this white out snow day in Maine (you too, right?) and I'm virtually spending money I don't have, on knives I don't need (what else is new
I just find knives so compelling) ANYWAY - came around to looking at this one again and thought of you being on a "lockback kick", as you are these days.
This one is certainly calling me![]()

Mcusta is a super-duper brand from Seki-City (like Moki).Hope we get enough snow this year to snowshoe out the back door. I have some very nice vintage and state of the art lightweights shoes. We live with the perfect backyard but the last few winters have been snow than rain, so more ice than fun.
ANYWAY to the knife- yeah that's a pricey lock-back but a real nice one - at least what I can see and read. Maybe someday for me too. We need to cull the collection every now and again to make room for new carries. You've heard me say that I'm zeroing in on my perfect group
yeah, that's not happening.
There are always new ones, for example, never heard of Mcusta until I saw this thread. Oh well...
Ray
I don't think I've ever seen one that had a lockback. They're not all liner locks though--they do make some frame lock models, I have at least one that's a frame lock:
