Mcusta Pocket clip

The screws look like standard Torx screws.

As for the pocket clip, putting one on the side by drilling through the wood handle and liner is possible, but may not look the best.
Another option is a clip similar to the one the Mcusta Tactility. Though you would have to flatten the "back spacer", drill, and tap.

they look like torx but they are some sort of star bits. I bought a couple mcusta's and couldn't find a tool to take them apart let alone even if I had a tool; the pivot free spun so you couldn't take it apart regardless.

Its hard to modify knives when the knife cant be taken apart; it can be done but the cost increases exponentially.
