Hello, I have an Mcusta Tanbo that seems to have some problems, and I'm wondering about why this is. It has a huge amount of blade play, the blade is almost touching on of the liners in the closed position, there is a little mark on the bottom of the handle that looks like a small dent, and the backspacer is only held by one screw, causing it to pivot, and when I tried tightening the screw, it instantly got stripped. :grumpy: There are also many spots with other little dents and things. What are your experiences with Mcusta in general? What are your experiences with the Tanbo? Is this perhaps a fake? I ordered it from Knifeworks, so if you had a similar experience with them, please mention it. I don't know if this is common with Mcusta, just the Tanbo, or if it's really a rare one-time thing or if it's just a fake. Everything else, like the damascus and the action and stuff, is fine. It came really sharp. The packaging seemed authentic enough. I'm just trying to see if I can trust Mcusta to give me a good product if I buy one of theirs in the future. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.
