Well, we bought a nice small collection of Buck Knives Saturday... There was a little of everything... Well, not everything...
No gold etch 110s, no Stag handles, no 124s or Bowies... Maybe next time... We laid all the knives out like
always and started picking knives... I got to pick first, this time because I found the collection... So now I got some more Bucks
to share with all of you on the SPS... See you Sunday... ITE ... :thumbup:

Parts are in the ziplocks... I put all the knives in newspaper... The guy had everything in a tool box with no care for them at all... :eek: ...

I hate that... :( ... But they got a new home now... I'm going to sell some of them here on the forum soon... :) ...
 
Good on you. A rescue mission then. Cutlery lifeguard. A tough job and I am glad that it is you doing it.

Now, the important question: The glass rooster in the background is full of candy isn't it?

Where do you find these collections? Classified ads, or do you just have a sixth sense for these things?:p

StuntDouble, I find them at swap meets, Wal-Mart, yes Wal-Mart, just talking to people about Knives... when I see anyone looking at knives I walk up to them and start talking about knives... Here in San disgo everyone know someone that worked for Buck Knives at one time... Estate sales and yard sales are great too, so are Pawn Shops and gun stores/shows... I talk to everyone I can about Buck knives... Estate Sales, Wal-Mart and Pawn Shops are the best for me... So if anyone finds any collections of knives, you all owe me one cool Buck Knife... I hope you all find some sweet Bucks out there like we do... It's not easy and it takes lots of work and time... But it's worth it... ITE ... :thumbup:
