I recently scored what I guess would be my second grail knife. A Ruck. Next to my Force One (avert your eyes peasant!!:D) Its my favorite piece of Infi.

Its a great size and weight. Its double handed grip is the perfect size to swing with one hand. I love my Waki, but this Ruck feels so much better, used as a psuedo machete. Yes... I actually used it. Resale value is generally not a concern when I buy stuff I intend to use. Enjoy!

I wonder how a Wacki would feel if one rounded the buttt and perhaps shortened it a bit ..... Grind-Duce'! Oh Grinduce'i!!:D;):thumbup:

That looks like a nice Okuden Scabbard too. In the 2 1/2 years I've been into Busse's, the Ruck has been priced out of my willing-to-spend-for-it range. Nice score.

Nah, I can't. I already have an AK of the 7.62mm variety. A sword with the same price tag just isn't in the budget right now... at least not for another week or so... :D
 
Nice blade. Another great Busse design I will likely never be able to afford.

No offense to the original sheath maker, but I need a new sheath for mine too. I feel its a bit heavy and bulky, plus it moves around more than I like... plus plus it has no real attachment point. Maybe something leather would be nice.
