Meadowlark and Delica

How does the Spyderco Byrd Meadowlark compare with the Spyderco Delica?

Meadowlark 2 in G10 is nice because they don't offer a current production delica in G10. But if your stuck on getting FRN i would go with delica though since its really cheap feeling on the meadowlark 2. Th delica also still offers a sabre grind if your not into ffg. Ultimately the fnctional quality is there in the bryd series just a matter if you will be satisfied with that alone.

Both are great knives. The main difference is in the blade steel. Delica comes in VG10 or ZDP-189, the Meadowlark 2 is 8Cr13MoV.

I actually prefer the Meadowlark's ergos due to the front finger choil, and there is certainly nothing wrong with the blade steel.
