There aren't many garage sales this time of year, but people keep dying year-round, so there are still estate sales.

The Old hickory in the foreground is the only knife I found yesterday. ($1 with a pointed cold chisel (whatever those are called))
The Bulldog, Camillus, and Kabar folders have been awaiting handles for a while.
The baby table saw for $40 at another estate sale was a major find. It will add a lot of speed and precision to my re-handling.

May my predecessors be enjoying more and better tools where they are now than those they left behind.

Yes, winter is the lean time I think. That Old Hickory is nice though Jer, as are the folders sir :)
 
That Old Hickory is my favourite kitchen knife. Needed a lot of work and love but now, it's really my "go to" knife for almost everything kitchen related.
Any knife named "Bulldog" deserves some attention... Just my fancy, I have a "Bouledogue" knife hunt going on on this here side of the Channel.
