Yesterday I posted a pics of my Meaner Street but not of the included sheath. It's a pouch style with an Eagle stamped on it. It's nice looking but it's a righty and in the words of Tony I use, "the devils hand".
Soooo, if you have a Meaner and EDC it what kind of sheath does it ride in? Leather, Kydex, nylon or is it a hybrid?
Please include pcs with your recommendations and suggestions.
Thank you!!

I throw mine in a pocket sheath or horizontal belt sheath I make.

I will have to take some pics

I've cleaned more deer with this knife than God has grace...

It can process at least 4 deer and doesn't require anything more than a bit of stropping before it's back to a hair-popper.

Seems a bit arrogant to improve on the work of a genius, but the damn flange on the meaner has no purpose with the possible exception of rib-irritant as a belt knife. I removed it for that reason. I'm not sure if it's a meaner-duty or an active-meaner... but I'm OK with either. :D

I wear mine at a slight cant on my weak side. Great knife.

If you are going to be banging it around alot I would go with kydex There are a few guys around here that make some nice stuff. There is this Dave guy that does great work. See the second post. ;)

I have a really nice horizontal carry leather sheath that Dwayne made for me a few years back. I'll see if I can find a pic later tonight.
