Meaner Street-what have you used yours for?

After reading this forum for awhile, and lusting after the Busse porn, I finally got my first knife--a Meaner Street. I am in law enforcement and was looking for a hide-out blade. The MS fit the bill perfectly. I can't put it down. Does anyone use this blade really hard? If so, tell me your stories. I kind of hate to mess up the knife, but it begs to be used. I foresee some "love marks" on this knife.
 
Where's the pics? You can't just tease us like this and run off...it's criminal!:rolleyes:

I also feel the need to use mine... haven't had much chance of that!:grumpy:

Mostly just stuff around the house right now. Sadly the last thing I used her for was to clean my finger nails.

You are absolutely right. I will have to borrow a camera, but will post some pics tomorrow--perhaps gun/knife (can't leave any of the family members out).

Whew.... ok I thought for a second there you might be a HT (hog tease)! BTW... congrats on your first (of many) Busse. Let the maddness begin! :D
 
Yeah, I think I have the bug. I am already planning and saving for my next one. I really think I need a SJ or something similar.

If these little devils are anywhere near as addictive as AR-15's or Glocks I am in serious trouble.
 
Oh...let the trouble begin......they are more addictive than air, more needed than water, the craving is more intense than having a beer while doing yard work.........oh, my friend.....they are impossable to ignore.....you will think about them the second you wake up till the second you fall asleep....THEN you will dream about them...yes...you are truelly in for some trouble.....good luck. John

Mess it up? Go for it. Don't feel bad when it laughs at you.

I use mine for everyday cutting chores and it makes an excellent beer bottle opener when apply the patent pending "Strabs method". :D For more info on the Strabs method, attend Blade next year. Either Strabs himself or one of his highly trained operatives will be there to instruct you. :D

Been using me LMS a bit. Cutting steel is fun uh uh. Had to hammer me knife lots of times to cut through. Done that many many times...

Be that a swedge grind on your LMS? Lucky hog.
 
Aye, home made :D I just felt like adding a little bit of swedge, it isn't perfect but looks fine and works well too when I try to pierce somerhing really tough like 3 mm thick steel :D

I'm not much of a hog either, this LMS is unfortunately my only piece of INFI...

I am really impressed. My MS is one of my favorite knives .
