It is great that thes same sheath fits two blades that I like so much. AD and Meaner

I made that that today. I find it particularly difficult designing sheaths for the little ones but I think this came out ok
 
Dang, man! I like that A LOT!! I might need to commission one of those!

What is the purpose of the ring on the back of the sheath? A lanyard-type retainer?

(BTW, dude. You might want to eat a sandwich - those jeans are looking mighty baggy.)
 
I have to agree...nice work on the sheath! And I also have to admit that I'm curious about the ring! :confused:

I wanted to be able to wear it inside the belt and I thought I would use the ring to attach it to either a belt loop or belt or whatever. I guess i could have done without it. And to be honest I like the look of rings.

PM. If I have the time, when the passaround arrives I will definitely make you something, but if you would prefer a different knife let me know.

THe restraining strap works but it could be more secure. I have some ideas that I will use on my next one but I will definitely keep the cross strap and the Sam Browne stud.
